Sports We Train

01

Track & Field

Comprehensive training for sprinters, distance runners, and field athletes. We develop race-day speed, pacing strategy, and technical efficiency across all track disciplines. Whether preparing for a championship or building a foundation, we meet each athlete where they are.

02

Football

Position-specific athleticism for every role on the field. Speed off the line, route precision for receivers, footwork for linemen, and functional explosive power for skill players. Conditioning built to perform when the season gets deep.

03

Lacrosse

Multi-directional agility, footwork patterns, and sport-specific conditioning designed for lacrosse athletes from youth to collegiate. We train the movement demands of lacrosse — lateral cuts, crease slides, and transition speed.

04

Basketball

Court athleticism built on first-step quickness, vertical power, and defensive lateral speed. Combine with VertiMax training for measurable vertical leap gains. We prepare basketball athletes for tryouts, showcases, and the demands of a full season.

05

Soccer

Endurance base, acceleration mechanics, and the sustained multi-directional movement that separates elite soccer players. We cover all positions and play styles — from central midfielders logging miles to strikers who need explosive first steps.

06

Volleyball

Explosive jumping mechanics, lateral court coverage, and the full-body conditioning needed for volleyball athletes to perform over a full season. We work the serving run-up, back-row transition, and the aerobic base that powers every rotation.

Tailored Training works with athletes in all sports — not just the six above. These represent our most-requested programs, but if your sport isn’t listed, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll build a program tailored to your athlete’s specific position, movement demands, and competitive goals.

— Specialty Programming

Specialties

Running Form

Biomechanics analysis and coaching for athletes across all sports. Proper running mechanics are the foundation of all athletic movement. We identify inefficiencies in your stride — wasted energy, injury risk patterns, and speed you're leaving on the field — and correct them through targeted drills and practice.

VertiMax & Explosiveness

The V-Series VertiMax platform delivers measurable gains in vertical leap, first-step quickness, and explosive power. VertiMax maximizes both explosive leg power and arm swing velocity, translating to significant gains in jumping, acceleration, and overall speed. One of the most proven systems in elite athletics — now available in Highland Park.

How We Train

1:1 Private Training

The gold standard in athletic development. One coach, one athlete, full focus. Every minute of every session is dedicated entirely to your athlete’s programming, technique correction, and performance goals.

Private training allows Jarvis to adjust programming in real time, push athletes at precisely the right moments, and build the trusting coach-athlete relationship that produces championship-level results. Ideal for athletes with specific goals and competitive timelines.

Group Training

Team training for 2–10 athletes. Group sessions create a competitive training environment where athletes push one another to higher performance — while still receiving Jarvis’s direct coaching and real-time feedback.

Ideal for teammates preparing for a season together, siblings training in parallel, or groups of athletes in the same sport who want elite coaching at a shared rate. Group training accommodates 2–4 or 5–10 athletes per session.

— Training Structure

Block Training

Sessions are purchased in blocks — not one-offs. This structure exists for a reason: athletic development is not a single event. It’s a process of consistent progression, progressive overload, and trust between coach and athlete.

Block training creates accountability. Athletes commit to their development, and Jarvis commits to their programming. The result is measurable, trackable improvement rather than sporadic sessions that fail to compound.

Group sessions accommodate 2–4 or 5–10 athletes. The longer the block, the deeper the per-hour rate value — a commitment to consistency is rewarded. All sessions are personalized to the athlete’s sport and goals.
